Namaqualand Flower Tours / Cederberg Experience Tour Terms and Conditions.

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your participation in your chosen tour, organised by Namaqualand Flower Tours. By booking and participating in the tour, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Booking and Payment

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Full payment must be completed 5 weeks before your Namaqualand flower tour departure date to confirm your reservation.

3. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations need to be in writing and need to be acknowledged by Namaqualand Flower Tours. You can send your cancellation to rwt@adept.co.za.

Should you cancel your Namaqualand flower tour for whatever reason, the following cancellation terms will apply:

Cancellation

No show: 100% of tour price.
1 – 5 weeks prior to your Namaqualand flower tour: 100% of tour price.
6 to 8 weeks: 50% of tour price.

In the event Namaqualand Flower Tours has to cancel your tour due to war, political unrest and disputes, natural disasters or diseases, or known and unknown factors, refunds will be issued according to the parties involved’s cancellation policies. Having said this, no tour has ever been cancelled from our side.

4. Tour Inclusions and Exclusions

Each tour has a list of what is included and excluded. Any additional expenses, such as refreshment stops, personal purchases, or optional activities, are the responsibility of the participant.

5. Liability

While every effort is made to use reliable, safe and licenced vehicles, reputable accommodation establishments and restaurants, Namaqualand Flower Tours accepts no responsibility for any accident, injury, loss of life, damage to personal property, theft, food poisoning, or seen or unseen factors.

Any issues with third-party providers must be taken up directly with them.

You undertake your Namaqualand flower tour at your own risk.

6. Health and Safety

Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour. It is recommended that participants have appropriate travel insurance.

If you fall ill or injure yourself on tour, it is your responsibility to make the necessary medical and/or travel arrangements for yourself, and Namaqualand Flower Tours will not be held liable for any costs incurred, and no tour refund will be given.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow travellers, tour guides, bus drivers, local communities, and anyone they come in contact with on tour. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without a refund.

Tour participants need to listen to and obey instructions from their tour guide regarding safety guidelines when visiting an area. Namaqualand Flower Tours accepts no responsibility for tour participants who disobey these safety guidelines.

8. Changes to the Itinerary

Namaqualand Flower Tours reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, where the flowers are showing the best and availability of services.

No refunds will be given if the tour itinerary needs to be modified or if it rains for the duration of your tour.

9. Complaints

All complaints need to be addressed immediately while still on tour, so we can see how we can rectify the problem. No complaints will be addressed after the conclusion of your tour.
