RED CEDERBERG TOUR

4 Day Red Cederberg Tour

Immerse yourself in the incredible world of the Cederberg, which lies some 250 km North of Cape Town and consists of some 182 000 hectare of incredible mountainous landscape, numerous fynbos plant species – many which are endemic to the area and an array of bird and animal species. Incredible rock formations that have been weathered overtime by wind and water, creating stunning rock formations to marvel over. A world where time stands still, away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

“When exploring the Cederberg, I am continuously struck by the incredible natural beauty, the silence and all the incredible plant species on offer. I have tears in my eyes at so many moments as I sit on a rock and take in the sculptured rock formations of varying colours of browns, reds and white. I close my eyes and listen to the silence and the only noise you hear are your footsteps in the sand and the sound of birds.

Every time, I leave feeling refreshed, renewed and with a deep longing of wanting to come back for more, to a place that has captivated my heart and soul.” Taryn Kimble

Red Cederberg, Keurbosfontein Farm and Tour Information

Step back in time as you enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the farm. Take a dip in the pool as you watch the sheep graze.

Justin Bonello, filmmaker, author, CEO and founder of Neighbourhood Farms NPC has created an incredible, organic vegetable and fruit garden in the heart of an urban town, to fix a broken food system by providing children and community members with real edible education. He is the custodian of this beautiful farm and has built a rich fruit and vegetable garden on the farm.
